COVID-19 2021 UPDATE: BOTF POSTPONED
Good morning,
We are sad to announce that we have made the decision to postpone this year’s Barn on the Farm Festival until July 2022.
Although the government roadmap is running on track, with us falling only 10 days after the end date for restrictions lifting we feel there remains too much uncertainty for us to safely continue this year. This, coupled with the lack of appropriate government backed cancellation insurance, has rendered this year unfortunately too great a risk for us to continue planning in the festival’s current format.
We have, and will continue to, look at other alternative options ahead of this year, but will now focus most of our planning on rolling many of the exciting new ideas on to the 2022 event. We would be enormously grateful to anybody able to roll their tickets over to next year, but refunds will be offered if this isn't possible.
We hope that things continue to improve and that many of the planned summer events are able to continue, but for us the potential risk is too large.
This has been an incredibly difficult decision to make as we so desperately wanted to pay back all of the incredible support that you have given us over the past year, but please do rest assured that we will be back in 2022 and putting on the best festival to date.
Below are all the key points relating to what happens now:
All ticket holders will receive an email from our ticketing partner, Ticketline, detailing the options available
All tickets will be automatically eligible for the 2022 festival which will take place from Thursday 30th June till Sunday 3rd July 2022,however you will also be offered a refund which you can request through the email you will have received.
Incomplete Payment Plans – if you have an incomplete payment plan you will be able to continue paying it and roll your tickets on to the 2022 festival, or receive a refund for the amount paid to date.
Bell Tents – if you have purchased one of these you should have received a separate email, however if you haven’t, please contact info@brookbelltents.co.uk
If we get Intimate Thursday or Behind Barn Doors Friday tickets returned, then we will put them back on sale later in the year. If you then wish to upgrade your ticket (to include either the Thursday or the Friday) then please keep your current ticket, then contact us later in the year and we will be able to process an upgrade for you.
