with the ticket number and one of the following pieces of evidence:
– PIP (Personal Independence Payment) - front page only
– Front Page of Attendance Allowance Letter
– Deaf or Blind Registration
– Recognised Assistance Dog ID Card
– Blue Badge and Driver’s Licence Photo Side
– The Access Card with +1
